Therapeutic Approaches We Offer

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): DBT is a skills-based therapy that supports individuals who experience intense emotions, impulsivity, or relationship challenges. It focuses on mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you navigate life with greater balance and confidence.

Who this is for:
Individuals who experience intense emotions, feel overwhelmed easily, or want support with emotion regulation and relationships.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy: Prolonged Exposure Therapy is a structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma-related symptoms. In a safe and supportive environment, this approach helps you gradually process traumatic memories and reduce the impact they have on your daily life.

Who this is for:
Those impacted by trauma or PTSD who are ready to gently work through distressing memories in a safe, supportive environment.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): CPT is a trauma-focused therapy that helps individuals understand and reframe beliefs related to traumatic experiences. Through guided reflection and cognitive restructuring, clients can gain new perspectives, reduce PTSD symptoms, and feel more empowered in their healing process.
Who this is for:
Individuals who have experienced trauma and want help making sense of their experiences and the beliefs connected to them.

Exposure & Response Prevention for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) for Adults and Pediatric: ERP is the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder in both adults and youth. Who this is for:
Adults and youth struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, or anxiety driven by fear and uncertainty.
